Welcome to San Jose, California, and Vaisesika’s book distribution seminar.

We spent all morning with HG Vaisesika Prabhu, in San Jose, California studying the art of book distribution.

After two and a half hours of demonstration and practice we were ready to go out on the field…

Aaaah

Scary moment

We tried our best to perform as the master taught us…

Hi!

Hi! My name is... Do you live here?

Books

Anybody home?

Even though not every person took a book, we were happy to be a part of Srila Prabhupada’s book distribution battalion for the day.

Today we joined Spanish Fork’s yearly Pioneer’s Parade.  We transported Lord Jagannatha on a beautiful palequin.

Dhama seva at Utah

Lama

Welcome to ISKCON Utah

One of the major attractions of the Utah Hare Krishna Temple are its Llamas. Just a week ago the Temple had their biggest festival called the Llama Fest. Every year hundreds of pilgrims come to this wonderful mystical place in the hills of Spanish Fork Utah, looking to get a taste of India.

We learned that many students in the community come here two or three times a week to perform service.  Following in the footsteps of this wonderful volunteers, we offered our time and energy and did some needed cleanup around the grounds.

Hare Krishna!  Reporting from the Krishna Culture Bus tour!

Finally, we’ve found a bit of time to seat down and update our blog.

The news is… we’ve had a blast on the tour!

We are at the ISKCON Temple, in the city of Denver, and from what I can tell everyone else is also having an awesome time on the tour.  We are a little bit late getting the news out, I know, but bare with us. We have some really nice pictures to upload.
